Susan Jarvis - Owner & Manager

Susan's avid interest in travel as well as a desire to own and operate a small, independent business was fulfilled with the opportunity to acquire Magnolia Travel & Cruise, a long established travel agency, in April of 1996.

Susan's credentials include a BA degree from Eastern Washington University, 5th year studies in computer education and completion of the Fox Travel Institute's Travel School program in August of 1995.

Travel experiences have included a year on teacher exchange in Australia, cruising the Mediterranean and Caribbean, touring Scandinavia, Fiji, Hong Kong, Costa Rica, China, France & the Netherlands.

Cruising experiences include both small ships, Seabourn, Windstar, Viking River Cruises in Europe & Victoria Cruises in China as well as the larger ships to destinations like Canada / New England & the Caribbean on Holland America.

Hightlights of 2004 were two trips to Africa for a safari trip in Kenya as well as a cruise which called into Libya, Tunisia and Malta.

Susan is an Aussie Specialist , and loves helping clients plan their great adventure trip to Australia. Susan continues to collect knowledge and experiences that provide insight and knowledge for the benefit of her clients, wherever and whenever they want to travel!

Laura has a passion for travel, which she shares with her clients through outstanding customer service, humor, accuracy and warmth. She seeks to help clients fulfill their dream vacations. Her motto is "Have Passport, Will Travel". Her thirst for knowledge of the world, people and the travel industry has earned her destination specialists' certificates in Latin America, Mexico, Hawaii, Niche Travel, Family Travel, Disney Specialist, Cruise Counselor and a Certified Travel Associate Degree. She taught at Fox Travel Institute for over six years. Her travels have taken her to China, Costa Rica, Mexico, the Caribbean, Europe and the USA. She has cruised in Alaska, the Caribbean, Panama Canal, Mexican Riviera, Scandinavian Capitals and the Mediterranean, and on the Mississippi River.

Her most recent travels include New Orleans with a cruise to Cozumel, Roatan, Belize and Cancun.

A joy of travel and people has made Laura a favorite of clients who seek to have that "special" agent who cares about the details of their travel dreams.

Bill Scharff - Travel Consultant

Bill's love of travel began in childhood. As long as he can remember Bill and his family have traveled throughout the U.S. and the World. Holding BFA degrees in music,theater and art history, Bill has studied abroad and is a veteran of many concert tours which have taken him across the globe.

Intrigued by its history, architecture, and people, Bill is fanatical about Great Britain and is a certified BritAgent. On the flip side. when he wants to just have some fun, he heads to Las Vegas where there always seems to be something new to see or do. Bill believes in constantly expanding his knowledge and currently is working to become an Ireland Specialist as well as complete his Cruise Counselor Certification.

Rachelle Breitenbach - Travel Consultant

Rachelle is one of our newest staffers - but by no means is she new to the travel industry!

Rachelle has worked as a travel agent for over 6 years and has the experience and knowledge to make any travel dream come true. From booking a simple flight to Europe to assisting the family with its summer vacation plans to planning an adventure to Australia....she can do it ALL.

Rachelle has traveled most recently to New Zealand and loved every minute of it! She has also been to Australia, Tahitti, Hawaii, UK, Ireland, France, Germany, Austria, Czech Republic, Hungry, Denmark, Belguim and throughout the US.

Her passion for travel shines through in her bookings and in the advice she offers clients.
